Delay to check in and room. Or available j til over an hour past check in time. Staff were lovely but swamped at the check in desk- foyer was chaotic with two separate music systems playing close by in foyer and the bar area. Room clean and bathroom a good size. Cafe down stairs was excellent and the bar tender in the lobby bar was also an asset to the hotel.
