It was comfortable, didn't like the $5 service charge for a request for some ice in the room. Rest of the stay was nice.

Staff are not very friendly. When you check in they make you wait for long time because your room will be assigned to you only when they see you in person. Once they give your the room card you are not sure which room and floor you are staying because the number does not make sense. Moreover there is not instruction on how to access free wifi & how dial from your room to talk to lobby. Thats because they dont bother telling anything at all.

Some mould on shower curtain. While we would have refused offers of assistance, I feel that when an elderly couple arrive, (each carrying 2 bags) some luggage help might be offered.

Wonderful hotel in main area of Perth. Good size rooms, heated pool, gym and great coffee shop near main entrance. Miss Mi restaurant was good with interesting choice of Asian meals. Wine bar at ground level had good range of wines and value snack meals eg 10 chicken wings $10. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel and great location. Only negative was that the room didn't have enough towels, toilet roll and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Little things that were easily sorted out but easier to get right on the first place.

First of all, we were checked in by the most polite, respectful and friendly person named Mat. The Novotel is in the perfect location. Lots of places to eat, public transport CAT buses outside the door and city train station just a few minutes away. We had breakfast at the hotel every day during our stay and could not be happier for the choices that were available. Nice soft bed but not so good if you’re used to firm beds, nevertheless we can’t complain. Good pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Overall a great stay

Safe location with an easy walk to Murray Street Mall. No onsite parking but parking was available in the adjacent city multi carparks. It cost me $39 for 3pm till 11am. Buffet breakfast was $22 each booked through the hotel and was average in quantity and quality. The rooms were compact but clean and quiet.
