The property is VERY bare bones and the rooms and hallways are worn and old. There are no tissues in the room and the bed is uncomfortable. It was fairly clean and we felt safe and the area is next to the mall. The early morning transport to the airport was reliable. We would not necessarily use this hotel again but for a basic one night stay before an early morning flight it might be ok

great location near train, easy check in, however elevator to get from bridge across was down, so would be difficult for elderly or disabled individuals

The staff in front desk were really nice and breakfast was good as well. The location next to the mall was good for travelers. I would stay if I travel to Rome

Room and bed sheets were clean, but the shower area is moldy. There was a water outage the next morning, no drinks were provided in the breakfast area, they didn’t even bring a kettle / bottled water to make coffee or tea.

Staff was helpful and friendly and the property is right by the train station which was very convenient. We stayed here one night because we had an early flight. They offered affordable shuttle to the airport. Our bed was clean however our bathroom was very dirty and had a ton of mold on the walls. We both got runny/stuffy noises when we were there and it could’ve potentially been because of that. We were not sick before or after, no symptoms now.

Overall it’s a nice airport hotel we found the room and shower to be not as clean as we would like. Lots of damage on the walls from bags etc but I guess that’s to be expected at a high volume high turnover place. Comfy bed. Pretty quiet but also beside the train tracks. $6 airport shuttle ever 1/2 hour is nice

We chose to stay here on our last night in Italy as we were flying out at a very early hour. This worked out very well. We were able to park our rental car for free which was helpful. There are restaurants nearby.

Simple and convenient. Modern. Enjoyed the breakfast. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was that one of the scheduled shuttle buses from the airport to the hotel didn't arrive and we had to wait for the next one. We did try to call ahead of time to book, but we couldn't get through. Looking at the queue at the taxi rank I think the wait for the shuttle was still faster than getting a taxi.

This hotel is okay for a one night stay. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it. Pros: - Very close to a train station - They offer a shuttle to the airport - There’s a mall and some shops nearby Cons: - They don’t take proper care of the property. There was a leak in the hallway outside our door that they were reluctant to check or fix - The room was fairly clean, not great though - The walls are thin so you can hear rooms nearby and noise in the hallway - The staff didn’t seem to want to be bothered by anything we noticed or found
