We had a great stay at Rhome86. It has a great central location close to the metro and many bus stops. Our host Antonio was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with all throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable. We would return in the future.

Good location but unwelcoming stay
We booked this B&B for a two-night stay because it’s close to the train station. Our double room (the green one) was a little tight for two people and two carry-on suitcases but it was manageable for a short stay. However, it’s not really a place you want to hang out in (unless you’re a solo traveler) because it’s small. In addition, there are signs everywhere telling you what you can’t do so it doesn’t feel welcoming—we were terrified of doing something wrong and being charged for it. The only shared space is a room/hallway of sorts that is lined with small tables and chairs for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it’s a cornetto (Italian croissant) and coffee (and possibly juice?). You place your order for the type of cornetto you want the day before and all the cornetti are laid out in one big box the next day. For whatever reason, the owner/manager accused us via WhatsApp of taking cornetti we didn’t order not once but two days in a row. It turned out that someone else had taken the wrong cornetti (not hard to do, honestly; this mistake could be prevented by separating the cornetti accordingly or only offer one type of cornetto) but the lengthy exchanges really ruined our short stay. In any case, we will not be staying here again. Though it was affordable, the anxiety and stress we experienced was not worth the savings.

Excellent location 5 minutes to termini and Maria Maggiore. Room was spotless. Generous breakfast with fruit, cereal, bread, biscuits, croissants and tea/coffee. Excellent restaurants nearby.

Antonio and his colleague were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and simple. The breakfast room and kitchen are cheerful, there was just the right amount of choice for breakfast, we really enjoyed the fresh pastries and nutella croissants The location is close to the railway and bus terminii with easy access to get around the city.

Cute little b&b, close to termini train station. Within walking distance to colosseum & metro to get to other attractions, otherwise if you’re willing to walk, good also. Not much to see around near the b&b, but overall very clean & friendly staff 😀

The property is very nice and convenient to a lot of places in walking distance. Also the major termini train station in literally 15 mins walk. The nearest train line is about 4 mins walk and will take you pretty much anywhere you need to go. Very convenient location. Paulo was really helpful and would make us cappuccino in the morning (however, I personally did not like his cappuccino but my husband enjoyed it). Usually for the breakfast it's different kinds of croissants, cereal, milk, coffee, and the basic things but enough to get you going. Overall, would totally recommend to stay here.

FIND ANOTHER PLACE!! HORRIBLE!!!
HORRIBLE, showed up buzzed and no one answered. Had to call and have someone met us to let us in. Took forever. Then No hot water. Smelled like a gas leak, host only offered 5€ discount for lack of hot water. Space was tiny and cramped. Do not recommend.
