Best thing about this place is its close location to the Vatican Museum literally 8minutes walk. However there is a smell outside of the rooms that’s kind of musty and it’s so dark. Host was good though. It has a lift and an air conditioner. But they didn’t change the towels nor cleaned the rooms upon request.

I like that the property is conveniently located near the metro station, and Vatican City is 10 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around the area. Our host is also accommodating of our needs.And the rooms are clean and well-kept.

Giordano was our host, he was the best! So welcoming and helpful! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The area is spectacular! Next to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and a metro station. A 5-minute walk to Vatican city! Plus the breakfast was delicious! Our first time in Rome and it was fantastic! We will definitely be back and staying here! :)

Very close to the Ottaviano metro so easy to access the subway, lots of shops and restaurants around, Vatican is just a few min walk. Giordano was an excellent host, speaks English, and makes excellent coffee! Highly recommend.

We didn't know what to expect with this gem, but it was a perfect space to stay for us. It's located right by the Vatican (same Metro stop, about 5 minutes walking) but in a fairly residential neighborhood. It's both right where you want to be and a little bit quieter. You are 10 ft from the Metro station on the orange line, which is 4 quick stops from the Central Station and everything else you want to see (besides the Vatican) in Rome. Giordani makes a nice simple continental breakfast with fresh warm croissants and toast, coffee and juice. It's lovely. The place is suuuper clean and private. We had a lovely stay.

This place exceeded my expectations! It was literally right next to the train station so was super easy to get around Rome. The Vatican City was only 5-10 mins walking distance. And the Castel sant’ Angelo was also close by. The service was wonderful and breakfast was served right to your room!
