The room itself is pretty nice but negative outweighs the positive. - location a bit far - check in is a mess (have to do via WhatsApp since no staff around) - The worse part is the staff. Communication through WhatsApp is a pain. Directions to the rooms are not clear. Very very unhelpful. Extremely early check out (10am) Please spend your money in an establishment where staff is a little bit nicer. Stay away from this one.

There wasn't any staff around but the directions were easy to follow and the room was easy to get into. It was a super quiet neighborhood and a great location. Nice and cool with the air conditioning!

Wow! We spent 3 nights at 6 Via Abruzzo and the apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, bright, with a cute communal area where you could borrow plates, cutlery etc, if needed. Close to Spanish steps Trevi fountain. About 30 min walk to Colosseum. Sent a message to owners on one of the days to check something, and response was almost immediate. Overall, would thoroughly recommend staying here,

The check in was unusual as it was all based on a link sent to WhatsApp but quickly got used to it and loved it. Just make sure your phone is charged to get in! Room was superb. Lovely big bath and large comfy bed. Quiet area. All very clean. There was a communal area where you could make tea and coffee and even a stove ( we didn’t cook though). Slightly uphill 12 minute walk from nearest Barberini metro station. 15 mins to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. I would recommend this as a lovely place to stay.

This is not your traditional hotel. I had to check in over the phone, but it was very easy. The staff communicated with me very easily via WhatsApp. The rooms were very spacious and very modern. The location was perfect, not so many tourists walking around the area. They also had a lot of fine dining around the area. I will be coming back.

I previously had a great experience with Youroom in Rome as well. This time around though, it wasn't so great. The room was really clean and very well located but the customer service is left to be desired. The second day after our check-in, I wrote to customer service because we could hear a drilling noise throughout the night, clearly coming from inside the building. They told me they would check with the cleaning staff as they didn't know what it was. I didn't get any follow-up from them after a full day so I ask for news because we could still hear it. They said, it's from construction sites outside but 1) we didn't see any construction sites and 2) workers don't work the whole night. It was clearly coming from inside but they didn't want to bother investigating that. I did leave another message and I've never had any response, ever again. I would have expected them to switch room if they couldn't fix whatever it was. We had to sleep with the bathroom fan on to drown the noise. Terrible customer service.

This was a self service room which was good for us and we did not experience any issues. Fantastic modern room which was cleaned to a very high standard. Room with safe and water and Prosecco provided on arrival. Thankyou! In Rome I feel it’s very difficult to find a central location given that everything is so spread out, however this was a good area and fairly close to a number of tourist attractions and a 20min walk to the train station. We would definitely recommend. Also air con was amazing!

This apartment was in a great location. Only a twenty minute walk into the “centre of Rome”, 10 minutes walk to the nearest hop on hop off bus stop, and only a 6 minute walk from The Borghese. Lots of great quiet restaurants nearby too. The apartment itself was really great - quiet, modern and spacious. Very clean too! The staff were great, all communication done via WhatsApp (they literally respond in seconds). Would definitely recommend.
