There is no reception here. Only remote help. I have bo idea if it was AI or a person. Very impersonal regardless. The doors unlock via your smartphone and this poses no issue unless checking in or out. This facility turns on at 3pm and off at check out 10am. My husband also got stuck outside having gone to get pastries for breakfast. This meant me going out into common areas in my pj’s hoping my phone didn’t run into the same issues as his. When it works, great when it doesn’t potentially dangerous. What of someone had to get back to take medication or deal with urgent correspondence but found themselves locked out? We would never choose a hotel like this again. It’s not helpful, just someone saving money in the wrong way. Hotel otherwise is pleasant but the lack of human contact put us off entirely.

Amazing room ( was 30 sq/m ) very well located ! Room was very well furnished with a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom . Close to the trevi fountain. I highly recommend this hotel. A bit expensive but worth it !

If you’re visiting Rome and would like the perfect location to do literally everything you’d want to then stay here! Short walk to The metro and the bus stop is within 4 minutes of the front door. The Subway is dangerous of pick pockets so do not take it with luggage! However, this will Be the place me and my wife book again!!

The property was in a nice area and had some restaurants in the area. If you are looking to stay in a quiet part of Rome with the ability to walk to most tourist sites in 15-30 minutes, this is a great choice! The accommodation is clean and well taken care of!

The room itself is pretty nice but negative outweighs the positive. - location a bit far - check in is a mess (have to do via WhatsApp since no staff around) - The worse part is the staff. Communication through WhatsApp is a pain. Directions to the rooms are not clear. Very very unhelpful. Extremely early check out (10am) Please spend your money in an establishment where staff is a little bit nicer. Stay away from this one.

Wow! We spent 3 nights at 6 Via Abruzzo and the apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, bright, with a cute communal area where you could borrow plates, cutlery etc, if needed. Close to Spanish steps Trevi fountain. About 30 min walk to Colosseum. Sent a message to owners on one of the days to check something, and response was almost immediate. Overall, would thoroughly recommend staying here,

The check in was unusual as it was all based on a link sent to WhatsApp but quickly got used to it and loved it. Just make sure your phone is charged to get in! Room was superb. Lovely big bath and large comfy bed. Quiet area. All very clean. There was a communal area where you could make tea and coffee and even a stove ( we didn’t cook though). Slightly uphill 12 minute walk from nearest Barberini metro station. 15 mins to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. I would recommend this as a lovely place to stay.

This is not your traditional hotel. I had to check in over the phone, but it was very easy. The staff communicated with me very easily via WhatsApp. The rooms were very spacious and very modern. The location was perfect, not so many tourists walking around the area. They also had a lot of fine dining around the area. I will be coming back.
