We had a good 3 night stay which was walking distance to all the main attractions in Roma. Only downside was the noise from the street and the reception isn’t 24/7 but we didn’t need to contact them out of hours and had no issues in accessing the room. Lovely sized room and decent for the price.

The instructions they gave before arriving was easy to follow. Felt very safe, even though I didn’t get the chance to meet the staff in person, they manage to help me via chat messages. The bed was not comfortable imo. Bathroom shampoo/soap small quantity. In my last day, idk but the elevator did not work after midnight ahaha… maybe it was for security. We ended carrying all the luggage down the stairs from the 5th floor 😭

Property Excellent. Cleanliness Excellent. Location Excellent. Room is spacious and cleaned every day . Only thing was missing is toiletries, we had to buy our own shampoo, body wash etc. I recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed here in June 2024 and this place was perfect for us. It was by the termini, close to tons of shops and restaurants plus walkable to other sight seeing places. The host are fabulous, beds were comfortable, it was very clean, they give you breakfast vouchers for a near by restaurant which is fabulous as well! I will definitely be staying here again.

It was overall a good place to stay for our holiday, the place had limited hour reception, so mostly the doors would open with a code etc., they did ask us to pay city tax in cash (which is something I never digest). Other than that, the hotel had a good location, room was modern and overall was comfortable and safe to stay.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Not only was the room NOT AT ALL what was advertised on Expedia. It was dirty and smelled really bad. STAY AWAY!!! They claim to try and resolve your issues, but all they do is string you along.

The first half of my stay with them was really great. The room view, the full bed, the service, all amazing. Christina was very nice. My second half returning to this location, I would say average. The room was situated right near the area of all the cleaning products; items used by the cleaning service were laid out in the hall by our room. There were sandals laid out in that same area. Once I got to the room, it was decent with a view. However the twin beds are awful. I could feel the bed frame through the mattress. I pretty much felt like I was sleeping on the ground. Please change the mattresses. I woke up with my neck and back hurting. The pillows weren’t great either. Thankfully I had a travel pillow so I used that. The shower area had black spots which kind of creeped me out (hopefully not mold). The next morning I could hear the cleaning people in the hallway, it woke me up and was hoping to sleep in a little. Would I stay here again, possibly. But I would have to request the room that I stayed in the first half. Definitely avoid the twin beds.
