Great service from the staff. Breakfast was good, but could use some variety so not the same food each day. Water backed up in drains, and that was not great. Other than that, pretty cool place!

The room that I was staying in was not receiving new sheets nor were the sheets being cleaned. The same stain was on my cover for consecutive days, When I went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets, I was told there were none left which gave me the impression that none of the rooms were getting their sheets replaced.

Walls in the room were damaged and marked! Bed was hard. We were sent an email giving us info about meal times and bar, when we arrived the bar and restaurant were out of commission. Breakfast was basic continental, and hotel was in the middle of a construction site. Not a place I would recommend.

The staff were really friendly and really helpful, the breakfast and breakfast room were nice. Unfortunately the bathroom had a nasty smell to it and the surrounding area wasn’t very nice. We didn’t feel entirely safe on the walk to the metro. It was noisy outside the room with things like deliveries being taken at 11pm. We probably wouldn’t stay there again.

La habitación estuvo siempre sucia. El baño es muy pequeño, en especial el espacio de la ducha donde era muy difícil moverse, el azulejo de la ducha sucio, dejamos un jabón y paso siempre allí La puerta plegable da mal aspecto, el inodoro había que apretar varias veces el botón para que funcionara y el último día tenía goteo. La atención de recepción era poco cordial, solo el primer día nos atendieron bien. Cuando buscamos alojamiento indicaba que estaba accesible, pero no es así.

Great property. Front desk staff was great! When we got there our room AC was not working and the front desk lady went above and beyond to help us! She also advised us how to order groceries since I was traveling late with a toddler that needed to drink milk. Comfortable room and amazing staff. The only down side is that is a little far from the city and you will have to either use public transportation or Uber, but if you’re willing to walk a little or pay extra for Uber is the right place for you.
