Way to expensive for what it cost us. Reasonable room, nice staff, handy location but no way worth what we were charged. In another place now, half the price, slightly better.

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff who are very multilingual. Every room is stunning, and curtains are full blockout. Very short walk to train and many visitor sites. Very highly recommend

Highly recommend lovely hotel close to everything
Amazing multi lingual staff. Very clean and art is lovely. I have stayed multiple times in varied rooms all excellent. Highly recommend. Very short walk to station and resturants. Also easy walk to Coliseum, fountains and so on.

Stay away from this place. The trim on the shower was broken and covered in black mold. I asked them to clean and fix it. They just put the molding back. Then when I had to ask again for them to rectify it they did. However the maintenance man left the showerhead on the floor and a dirty tub. Reception was pleasant for the most part. The breakfast staff were not. The rooms were large.

Over all - if potential noise and occasional homeless encounter are not a concern, then this hotel is perfect choice having good food choices nearby and just 2minutes from all transportation. Surrounding - Encountered a few noises and broken beer bottles outside. Room condition - a suite room had a problem with shower nob, was hard to operate and head shower was not functioning.

The location is great, near the main train station. The hotel is very clean, the room spacious and modern. But the area around it can be loud and there are people on the streets all night long, some of them concerning for safety reasons. No problem for us but it may bother others

Don't listen to negative reviews sbout the area! Any major city has riffraff. The hotel was clean and we felt safe. Our room faced the train station but was quiet. We would stay there again.

Place is really centrally located and so close to the train station. Lots of places to eat. Not the best area at night but it really doesn’t matter because they have security. Definitely would stay here again. Breakfast was great too.

Great place to stay. Very close to the train station and metro making it easy for international travelers with heavy suitcases to access. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions but public transport is easy if walking isn’t an option. Staff at hotel very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Really like the hotel. We had the largest suite in the hotel. However, the main shower needs new faucets. And new shower heads. They leak and hot water sometimes is not available. It's upgrade is a must for this hotel.
