The owner was absolutely amazing to deal with, she was very pleasant to deal with and even offered us a disability accessible room for my husband at short notice incase we wanted a wet floor shower.
Will definitely stay here again when we're back up in the North Island.
The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s an easy 5-minute walk to restaurants, transit, museums, and a huge mall. It’s on a tree-lined street and is in a bustling yet quiet and safe area. The room was gigantic, well-appointed, and tidy with a lovely view and a large, comfortable bed. If you’re talking about value for the money, I would stay here again, but the room was in need of some updates. The grout between the bathroom floor tiles was permanently stained, the bathroom itself was dated looking, and the shower stall was old. That said, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the woman at the front desk was lovely and welcoming.
Great bed and shower, kitchenette was very handy. The walls were thin and could hear room next door talking/running water. Take some earplugs. Overall we had a great stay thanks

Clean and well looked after. Lovely bird sounds in the morning.
Great Newmarket motel within walking distance to Westfield and restaurants and easy uber into the city. Very pleasant host. Good onsite parking. Spacious unit.
Love the area the motel, only down fall I had with this stay is I booked a room with a spa bath but couldn’t use properly as one of the jets was blowing water all over the place. However I did inform staff and I was asked if I was ok in that room and I just said yes due to the fact we had a lot of things and couldn’t be bothered moving them all. One other down fall the bed in room 07 was horrible on one side as they are two singles pushed together, I have had a sore back for over a week now.
