Excellent 3* hotel. Clean, good maid service, good bed, very good ac system (important in August!), very helpful front desk service, conveniently located. Safe included in room. TV reception a little spotty and could have included non-Italian channels. Breakfast good but could have included more fruit.

Exactly what we were expecting.
Extremely easy (and cheap to get to Venice). Overheard my kid telling a friend how nice the woman at reception was… this is quite an endorsement.

Clean. Small room. Broken hairdryer. Very slow Elevator. Off the beaten path location. Not much around this area. Taxis needed to go everywhere. Not many English speaking people. Made it very difficult to get around.

very small rooms but clean and usefull. the location is very good, few minutes of walking from the Termini station and 20min of walking distance from Trevi fountain. The only thing with this hotel, it seems that who ever is taking care of your check-in decides if you need to pay a deposit or not?! they tell you that if you don't bring the receipt, you won't get your deposit money back and at the checkout no one is reminding you that you had a deposit! also the city taxes that must be pain in cash only leaves a bad taste in mouth. I've been on 3 different hotels in the same area and this hotel was the only one requesting 8 € for the city tax compareg to 6,50€ and that it had to be paid in cash. overall, nice place to stay for a couple of days but just be carefull with the unusual hotel policies.

Very Average - Nothing Special
Stay was average, nothing special. A little surprised at how high the reviews were. The good- it was affordable and quiet. Room definitely needed updating. Floor molding near bathroom was coming off, the bathroom is supplied with cheap shampoo and very cheap toilet paper squares (we actually went to store to buy toilet paper). Bed was uncomfortable. TV only worked 1/2 off the time. Staff was not very responsive about it. Also found it concerning that I had to ask to get deposit credited back…I felt like if I didn’t ask about it they would have just kept it. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Rome in the last year and this was the only hotel that requested that taxes be paid cash instead of on a card. Housekeeping knock on our door in the morning even though we had do not disturb sign on handle.
