Location wise this hotel couldn't be better. Directly across the road from Rome Termini. However... our visit seemed to coincide with what felt like long over due renovations. Carpets being pulled up and laid, lots of dust and the smell of adhesive was over whelming. We seemed to be an inconvenience to the workers every time we came or left our room being told to stop and wait, eyes being rolled etc. The staff werent overly accommodating with feedback which was disappointing. We would not have booked here if we'd known renovations were taking place. Highly recommend paying for the breakfast, staff involved were lovely and the food was great. Our room was standard and had basic facilities. Stained furniture was off putting.

Hotel Maddison was great hotel for location. Stayed 5 nights, breakfast/cafe right next door was amazing. At times hot in the room, AC less than adequate. The entrance to hotel lobby was slightly hidden. Room was fine, shower has the awkward side nozzle instead of lengthways causing water to be sprayed everywhere. Noisy at times when window open. Staff were excellent. Very nice friendly and accommodating. Thank you

It’s worth a look inside.
The hotel was conveniently located directly across from the train station and spacious, luxurious, and immaculate inside the rooms. The hallways were a narrow maze with older stained carpet down the center. The front area of the hotel was under construction and it was almost impossible to find the entrance. If a worker hadn’t pointed to it we would never have found the door.

Decent Hotel with Friendly Staff
The big appeal to this hotel is its sterling location across the street from Roma Termini. I could go across the street, grab a croissant and coffee and be back in my room in under 10 minutes. The hotel is pretty decent, although it's hard to tell right now because the lobby is undergoing a renovation. The rooms are adequate, clean, everything worked, and the beds are comfortable. I wouldn't mind staying here again since the price is right.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be an excellent choice, especially if you're traveling by train. The location is incredibly convenient, with the train station right across the street, making it easy to get around Italy. There are also plenty of great restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, offering a variety of dining options. The hotel has a bar next door, which is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. They also offer a convenient luggage storage service for a small fee, which is ideal if you want to travel light while exploring Italy. This was a big plus for us, as it allowed us to store the bulk of our luggage and only take what we needed for shorter trips. While the hotel is undergoing some upgrades, it didn’t impact our stay. The breakfast, priced at €10, was decent and provided a nice start to the day. Overall, it's a solid option for travelers, with its fantastic location and practical amenities.

The only good thing about this room was that it was clean. Cleaning staff is top notch! Breakfast was ok, but not worth $25 pricetag. The pictures of the rooms on website are not what you get. There was no a/c even though it is advertise as having a/c. If you have an inside room, there is no air circulating even if the windows are open. They are remodeling and that should be disclosed in the booking process. Hotel Maddison Roma was notnworth the $500 pricetag for 2 nights!

I stayed at this hotel in October and had a disappointing experience. To start, the room was advertised as having a double bed, but it was simply two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable. The room also lacked air conditioning despite the remote being available to control both heat and cool settings. The hotel staff never mentioned this until I complained, and I was told the heater was on because of the season. The phone in the room didn’t work, meaning every time I had a question, I had to go down to reception. When I asked about it, one receptionist claimed it was due to "weather conditions" (wind), which seemed odd. Later, when I complained again, another receptionist admitted it was actually because of renovations, suggesting they lied initially to avoid the issue. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was essentially useless. The signal didn’t reach my room, and when I tried to log in, it wouldn’t work. The receptionist blamed it on all the rooms being booked, as if they hadn’t considered capacity when setting up the Wi-Fi. When I pointed out that the signal didn’t even reach my room, there was no response. There was no manager on site to escalate my complaints, and the staff made it clear they couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything to fix these problems. Overall, my stay was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless these issues are resolved.

Great place to stay right next to Termini Station all the staff were very friendly and bi- lingual, they have a large choice for breakfast, very quiet in the motel. There are several good places to eat on the sidewalk near the motel.
