The hotel is in a great area. Centrally located and close to main attractions, restaurants, shops, (high end shops and affordable once) Stuff was great and helpful. Breakfast was also great.

Lovely comfortable room. Great location, walking distance to all attractions. We walked from Roma termini on arrival and departure which was an easy 20 min walk. Bottled water provided in the room. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were so lovely and accomodating. Will definitely stay again.

Staff during reception and checkout are script followers, a Robot more like. The Elevator unfortunately was out of service for the duration of our stay, so having to climb 4 flights made the stay a bit more inconvenient. The hotel did help us with luggage nevertheless. Location is great, and close to the metro station.

We had a very nice one-week stay. The location was amazing but if you're in the front, 01, 02, 03, be ready for a bit of noise. The building is well insolated for sound, however Tritone is a very busy street. Staff were friendly and courteous, especially the woman that took care of our room. The daily breakfast buffet was a great convenience. Most major sites are within a twenty-minute walk. Would recommend this hotel.
