This was the start of our trip in Rome and they made everything so special for us! They offer private pick up from the airport, and had cappuccinos and pastries ready for us when we arrived. They upgraded our room at no charge, and allowed us to check before 10 am. The room was spotless, great shower, AC, super comfy bed, spacious room ajd bath and modern. We loved it!! The roof deck is a bit small but really amazing to have a cocktail and watch the city lights!! Breakfast is AMAZING!! The best part about this incredible hotel is the staff. They are such awesome hosts and service oriented. Truly a special place! We will be back!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel immediately at home. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs, always ready to assist with any request or question we had. A standout moment was on the day of our early morning flight when the staff surprised us with thoughtfully prepared breakfast bags to go. It is a gem of a hotel The staff is gracious and welcoming. A shout out here to Vittorio, the ultimate Roman gentleman who will greet you. Breakfast is a great start to the day. Rooftop bar is spectacular. It is tucked in quietly but right where you want to be in terms of sites to see. Well done. Bravo
