Excellent facility with fantastic staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. In addition, the hotel is in a lovely neighborhood with amenities nearby. We had a lovely, welcoming stay!

I will Highly Recommend this hotel . It was very clean, beautiful decorated during the holidays . The staff was very friendly and professional. The door man was very polite and very helpful. It was in the center of walking restaurants , closed to Columbus circle and Central Park and shopping .

The location is perfect. We walked to our theatre. But our room: the bathroom door did not close, only one hook for our clothes! The heating makes a constant enormous noise, the paint is peeling off. The blind was broken and it took several calls to have it fixed. On the positive side the staff is very nice and helpful.
