I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room smelled worse than a dump, and it was so bad that I felt sick from the moisture or possibly even carbon monoxide. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay!

After being a New Yorker for a long time and staying in a hotel that I got a great deal on I never expected it to be as wonderful as it was the fact that they have a pool is so fabulous. They also have a separate bar that is not theirs , but there’s an elevator in their lobby to this rooftop bar restaurant it’s beautiful I have nothing but great things to say about this place.and especially the fact that they really helped me with my room. I had some special needs and they accommodated me I really love the girl who checked me in. She was incredible and so sweet anyway, it’s five stars and a triple yes

Hotel is in a great neighborhood. It’s very noisy in our room from the traffic. The curtains don’t open and it’s very dark albeit tasteful. The bathroom door does not close ans the hotel provided a tiny thing of lotion two small bars of soap and no shampoo or conditioner. They did offer fee bottled water on check in and as requested

The Hotel is in a great location. The size of the room is worked well for me (one person) and the staff was nice but not overwhelming. Good experience all around. It was a good value for the price

Great location, easy to walk to Times Square and the subway. Hotel is tired, rooms and bathrooms could do with renovation, our room had the previous occupants rubbish still on the floor! Air conditioning is hit and miss as to whether it works or not, during 1 weeks stay we had to ask for the air conditioning to be fixed 3 times as it kept stopping working and the control unit was not actually fixed into the unit so kept falling out exposing the wires. Pool area dirty and disappointing. Front of house staff were very helpful, however, we appeared to be a bit of an inconvenience to the bar/restaurant staff when we popped up for a drink before going out one evening so didn't bother again.

I tried to cancel this reservation for days. They never answered the phone even when Expedia called them. Finally they answered, and said they would cancel if I showed them I tried to call. I sent the manager Adam the info he requested, and they STILL charged me full price. Disputing on my credit card.
