It was a Joy!
The service, reception, and personalized service by Joy was really incredible. Joy really helped us set up for a great day in Rome. Our only regret was only having a one-day stay at their property. Next time we are in Rome, we will stay here again!

It was not very well signed posted from the street and even on the door or location it’s not clear which floor you need to go to (5 if anyone is booking!) and it was confusing for myself and for other visitors we encountered. We had to ring the number via the Expedia app to find out. My package included breakfast, but they insisted it didn’t, but the selection was pretty limited anyway. The staff are very friendly and helpful in all other matters and the room was really clean and had great air-conditioning.

My husband and I were in Rome at the end of August. It was crazy hot. This wonderful hotel has 2 “hot tubs” that they keep cool, so we would come back in the heat of the day to have a cool down! Staff were super nice. This location was great. 8 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 20/25 minutes to the Spanish Steps. This hotel also has a roof top patio. With amazing views

Very clean. Located within walking distance to most attractions, a lot of dining options around. Front desk staff very helpful, friendly and can give great tips on where to eat and what to see. Would highly recommend to everyone. We were also able to leave our bags before and after check in/out so we didn’t have to drag them around town.

Great property and very well appointed. Nice surprise to have one of the only rooftop hot tubs in Rome over looking where Julius Caesar was killed. The hotel is surrounded by great food and pastry shops for the morning. Awesome location and we’ll be back.

Josua and Patrizia were incredible! We stayed on the top floor and felt like we had a whole area to ourselves. Breakfast (typical Italian breakfast) was delivered to our door daily and it was always fresh. It was a great location and walking distance to most things. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and quaint place, with a good location and service!

Josh was an excellent host, as advised, he contacted us 24 hrs prior to arrival, I asked if we could leave our luggage as we were arriving about 3 hrs before our room would be ready, we were told that would be fine. When we arrived we received a very warm welcome from Josh and he had even made sure our room was ready for us. We had a room with a little balcony, overlooking the square, which I loved. The room was clean (newly refurbished) and functional. The only downside we found was the lack of a shelf to put your toiletries in the bathroom, even when you used the soap provided, there is nowhere around the sink to leave it, due to the design of the sink. As this was our first visit to Rome, Josh provided us with a tourist map and advised where to find the cheaper restaurant's etc. Overall we had a great stay, the location is great for walking to most of the sites of interest and the hopper bus is only about a 5 min walk away.

Fantastisk beliggenhet med en liten balkong og flott takterrasse med bademulighet. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Frokosten er eneste minus, type flymat, siden det hotellet ikke har restaurant/kjøkken. Anbefales!

Hotellet burde ikke været åbnet før det var færdig
Personalet var meget imødekommende og gjorde alt de kunne for at rette op. Vi havde booket netop dette hotel pga. spa muligheden, som først virkede på 5. dagen. Der var en renovering af hotellets tagterrasse igang, og arbejderne stoppede først kl. 23.00 den første nat. De følgende dage stoppede de i ok tid, men der var byggestøv alle vegne. Rengøringsdamen gjorde alt hun kunne, men støvet kom hurtigt igen.
