This hotel was very close to Roma Termini, just a few hundred metres walk. A few other guest have commented in the reviews that this hotel is hard to find, but the buildings in the street are clearly numbered and the number of the hotel is given, so we had no trouble at all. You will need to pre-arrange your arrival time with the hotel staff so that someone can meet you there to check-in, as the hotel is not staffed at all hours. The rooms are located on the 5th floor of the building, but thankfully there is a lift.
Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was very clean. The breakfast room was just across the hallway, and it is stocked with cereal, toast, juice, coffee etc that you just help yourself to. There is a large fridge which guests are able to use to store their own items.
The hotel is conveniently near Roma Termini, and there is also a supermarket down the road. The surrounding area is full of hotels, so there are a lot of tourists around most of the day and night and it feels safe enough, but it is a little seedy and there is always a waft of urine here and there (pretty typical for Rome though, right?).
Only thing that could be improved was the water pressure in the shower, which was very weak, and the temperature also fluctuated. Overall though, we were happy with this place and would stay again. The staff were great and really helpful.
