DO NOT BOOK…ITS A SCAM… SCAM…LISTING # DOESNT WORK, NO ANSWER OR RETURNS CALL. PROPERTY WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE A YEAR AGO, BUT SOMEBODY STILL LISTS THIS RESIDENCE ON EXPEDIA AS HIS AND WILL USE THE NOT REFUNDABLE POLICY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT A CHECK IN OR ABLE TO GET IN PROPERTY. EXPEDIA IS NOW AWARE OF THIS SCAM.. BEWARE BEWARE. MY FAMILY AND I STAYED IN ROME STREETS LATE, WAITING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE. THIS TYPE OF “FAKE LISTINGS” SCAM IS POPULAR IN ROME I WAS TOLD, ESPECIALLY PLACES WITH SELF CHECK IN OR NO 24HR FRONT DESK.

Beautiful patio and clean room. Check in was a bit difficult, but that was because it was on a Sunday. The experience was amazing though and would stay there again!

Generally good.
The location is very close to the Metro and Vatican Museum. The price is reasonable. The rooms are clean. The free breakfast was actually in small packages, which are very handy if we would like to consume it at later hours. The only items we feel it needs to improve is the advice on the entry when arriving. I wasn't aware that I need to inform the host before arriving and when we got to the place, we were told to wait for 40 minutes for door to be opened. Fortunately, we managed to spend 40 minutes in a nearby restaurant. Otherwise, everything is great. The host is very helpful and offered the valuable advice on the best places for visiting and eating.

Great experience
We had a very pleasant stay at Spazio Vaticano. The room was really big and always clean (maintenance done every morning), extremely close to the Vatican museum and the host, Cristiano, was great when it came to tips and recommendations about what to see, when to go there and what & where to eat. We found all these very useful since it was our first time there and we managed to eat great, see a lot of places and discover the city. The apartments are very close to one of the metro stations (Cipro) which links to the main attractions in the city. You will also get an Italian breakfast every morning (croissant, coffee, tea, biscuits) and it is an amazing start for the day when you can enjoy it in front of Vatican city. I would warmly recommend Spazio Vaticano to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay in Rome for a couple of days - the cost-benefit deal is real here! :)

Il soggiorno è andato bene e la posizione è ottima rispetto al nostro obiettivo che erano i Musei vaticani ( a pochi metri di distanza) L'unico piccolo neo è la poca scelta per la colazione da autogestire in camera con un bollitore elettrico.

Ottimo per la collocazione, personale cordiale e disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta del cliente. Unica pecca la colazione, a base di merendine e vari caffè solubili: quando ho richiesto la colazione, non immaginavo una cosa simile. Nel complesso, é stato un piacevole soggiorno.

B&B muy bonito a poca distancia del Vaticano.
Un B&B muy bonito de reciente renovación o reforma. A pocos metros de los museos Vaticanos (3 minutos a pie) y 10 minutos de la plaza de San Pedro. Bien comunicado por metro (línea A - Cipro). La única pega es que el desayuno se hace en la habitación, sólo hay una silla para sentarse a desayunar y es algo escaso. Relación calidad precio recomendado.

Perfect location, nice and clean apartment. Only one thing I didn’t like - it was a bit cold in the room eventhough heating was on. Also breakfast was very poor.
