Our room at was perfect for a relaxing evening after exploring Rome all day. We booked a triple which was bright and spacious. We like the big window that runs the entire length of the room and overlooks the main street below. Coffee capsules, sugar, pastries, honey and fruit jam are provided and replenished daily. The place is newly renovated, so is the good-size washroom which has a stand-alone shower. Shampoo and shower gel is provided. The room is serviced everyday and Sharon does a very good job of keeping it clean. WI-Fi connection is strong and reliable during our four-night stay and made everybody happy.
The location is great with a big supermarket nearby that also sells hot foods like pizza and chicken wings. For quick eats, McDonald's is a few minutes walk away and so is Papagayo which serves paninis. Buses that take you straight to Plaza Venezia (where the bus station is located) stops across the street and drops you off practically by the hotel's door. You can get to almost all the major sights in Rome from Plaza Venezia by foot. Customer service is tops taken care of single-handedly by a pleasant and friendly Elena who is always willing to help and answer questions. I was sick as a dog on the second day of our stay and she came over to help (post work hours.)She also arranged for a cab to take us to the airport for no more than the standard fare.No doubt we will go back to Rome, again and again, in the future. And there's no question where we will stay.
