the only thing we didn't like was that the room door didn't seal all the way round, when lights out in the room at night, we got light in from around the door. the door did close and lock , it's just that the gaps around it let the hallway light in

A very welcoming and kind staff
The gentleman who was working at the reception was amazingly kind. I arrived late and the kitchen was closed and he gave me extra food and was very sweet. Great conversationalist and very welcoming. Thank you!!! I would definitely come back again for the amazing hospitality.

On a business trip. This hotel is just near the Rotterdam airport and just outside of Rotterdam city. Free parking for hotel guests. Parking places always available. My room was quite spacious with lake view. There was a mini fridge, coffee/tea maker and a sofa in the room. No wardrobe, but cloth hanging place. Iron/ironing board provided on request. Uncomfortable pillows. No individual toiletries provided (except for body lotion). Bathing liquid and shampoo together in wall-mounted container. Not much sound insulation. You will hear noises in the corridor and of the airplanes. Breakfast area is big but the content or spread was below par, average. No changes in the breakfast menu. Staffs seemed helpful. The restaurant serves dinner. It had very limited options and was relatively expensive. Tried their pizza...it was okay. There are no other places to eat around the hotel area

Good Business hotel
Nice/Modern hotel with free parking & conference/business facilities. Everything as expected. Since this is a mainly business type hotel after 9.30pm restaurant closes & only pizza left. Everything is in Rotterdam within short drive but nothing nearby hotel except local airport . This is Good safe area for parking. AC Switched off during my stay but it was not necessary anyway. Fair value/cost/package. Good base to visit Rotterdam in daytime & return to safe overnight area.
