Very Large roomy house, 3 bedroom + Loft/upstairs landing area, 3.5 baths great for family (or multiple) with kids. Sleeps 15 in beds, 2 on sectional couches and also there are two futons. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Huge open upstairs loft area has 2 queen beds and could fit 2 or 3 air mattress for extra sleeping space. Great for Large Families, Wedding parties ,etc! Board games in stock. 10 miles to beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard and Rockwall Harbor Lakefront shopping and dining.

Super clean and spacious house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.
Super clean and spacious. The owner had left snacks and bottled waters for us. There were also soaps and shampoo in all the bathrooms like an actual hotel which was a good touch. All instructions were very specific and in a neat binder on the counter. highly recommend this property.
