Avoid this hotel. The description omits that there is a VERY steep staircase you must climb with NO elevator. If you have any luggage, you will probably injure yourself. You may injure yourself anyway. This is unacceptable to omit this information. Also, there is no one on-site at the hotel. I called to mention I would need help with getting the luggage up the stairs (I’ve had two back surgeries) and the person answering said she’s 15 minutes away. An employee in the coffee shop next door helped, but they should have SOMEONE onsite. Even “self-serve check-in” hotels typically have SOMEONE on site. I can forgive the closet-sized room and uncomfortable mattress, but the steep stairs with NO warning is inexcusable. The attraction of the hotel is that it’s near the train station so you don’t have to lug luggage across several
blocks. I’d rather do that than lug them up a 45° staircase.

The room I got was tiny. The bathroom tinier, and the faucet problem was not repaired despite my reporting
The room was a one bedroom toilet. The bed took up all the room, you needed to crawl on to it as there was not a single inch either side of the bed. Tea and kettle was available, but no sockets to plug the kettle into. Bathroom was laughable, the sink was the tiniest I have ever seen. have photos, but they can't be attached.
Situated opposite the train and bus station. Handy for local cafe and fast food. Only a 10-15 malk to the center where you find resturants, museums and art galleries, as well as paintings amd litlle object to do with Bosch and his famous painting. A shame there was no lift in the building, but understandable. The rooms were light and well cleaned. Breakfast was provided in Coffee Lab below the building. . A nice stsy.
Not a fan of leaving negative reviews but sharing facts. Did not receive email prior to arrival with details so I had to call first and received email with front door code.
Upon arrival we received no email with room nr. Check in was self service with iPad and activating a key, that’s where you find out what room you are in. Very small room for price and not what you see online, (overpriced difficult to move around in) squeeky AC making it difficult to sleep crackling every 20 seconds. Bathroom extremely small and cold, no central heating in room. Could not use restroom with door closed for leg space, roof is slanted and bathroom as well so you can’t stand fully in shower if you are tall. Loud / heavy doors so other visitors would wake you. Lots of stairs, no elevator. Cleanliness is okay but not spotless which you would expect. Bed cover had hole in it. There is a night shop located next door with some shady people hanging around at night which makes entering and using the code uncomfortable if you are a woman with child (like us)
Centrally located. Bed was super comfortable. Bed was made after the first day which was nice. Overal would not stay again but it’s easy if you need a quick last minute central place to sleep if you are out and about during the day.
Great spot near train station and inner city. Walkable and a coffee shop downstairs. Room interiors were well designed and decorated. Wish it came with a parking voucher for nearest lot though.
Great central location.
Convenient, hassle free check in

Quirky old property . More like a dormitory with separate rooms. Hottest day ever and i had to keep the window open to put outside the pipe from the air-condition unit. Room was clean and comfortable . I don't think worth €108 for one night.

An honest review
Was told in an email from the little duck hotel that there was parking under the railway station opposite! This is not true ! The parking is for bicycles only ! You have find alternatives!
Checking in was a pain as it wouldn’t recognise the log in number ! I had to phone up twice to get this process sorted!
Stairs are very steep so for elderly or people not so good on there feet this is dangerous! The carpet on the stairs needs changing as it’s thread bare and falling apart ! We got charged an extra £3;95 and 45 pence currency charge to have the key cards processed!
Room was ok , bathroom was a bit small ! Shower door would hit the sink when you opened it ! Mould on the tiles around the shower base and the door leaked water onto the floor ! Bed was comfortable tho ! Not a bad stay but small improvements wouldn’t go amiss !
the 1st time in this hotel was perfect; the room was facing the station and was quiet enough. The 2nd time we were on the side of the main road, and above the Night Shop - there was a lot of noise from there and people outside. Unfortunately due to the heat, we had to keep the window open and the noise was difficult. On our 2nd night we kept the window closed and the airco on, but that gave it's own noise (though better than outside sounds).
The help with checkin was great over the phone. I did miss an email with the code to the door though, which I did get the first time, but not the second.
