We honeymooned at The Oak Bay Beach Hotel and loved every minute and detail of our stay. The staff and customer service are amazing, the grounds and pools gorgeous and pristine, the dining options and food were great, with lots of variety, and our room was clean, quite and beautiful. We loved the spa as well and treated ourselves to luxurious massages and facials. We'll be back to celebrate many anniversaries at this very special place. This property is truly as amazing as everyone says it is.

We arrived at 3:40 PM after receiving a call the previous day asking our arrival time. Our room was not ready and were told even though we said arriving approximately 3:30 we had to wait. Also the safe was not working they tried to fix twice finally on our last night replaced it which did is no good as we were in the room Poor choices gor food only fast food in the pub and a set menue in the dinnibg room which was sold out

I liked the size of the rooms and the view. However, our room was very noisy - we could hear every word from the family next door (toward the center of the hotel), including running and yelling children, until close to midnight.
