While the kiosk person for checking in was very nice, I would rather have a person at the front desk checking you in. Not sure what you would do if you had questions/concerns.

DOES NOT TAKE CASH!!!! (I had been in Europe where I had to use all the money on my card & needed to use cash) when I arrived at midnight, tired from a very long day of travel- I would’ve been without a safe place to sleep. Not bad property. The pool is nice. Uber ride is 20-30 from airport. Not as close as you think. No front desk person. You talk to a box like an atm for all processes.

The staff was kind and efficient. I found the room to be very nice, comfortable and clean. For the tired and hungry traveler. Black Bear restaurant and McDonalds are in the same parking lot.

Front desk personnel was friendly & helpful. However, we were VERY upset to find out once we had already checked in that the pool was not in service. We specifically picked this hotel so that we could lounge at the pool…we won’t be staying here again.

This property violates ADA regulations. They put us on the 3rd floor even though the building has NO ELEVATOR. We had to hike all our bags up 3 flights of stairs.
