My stay wasn’t comfortable at all, the water pressure was horrible and they had a water issue because the water wasn’t hot when I needed to shower. The morning shift at front desk would be falling asleep on the job, and when I made her aware of the water she would be falling asleep as I’m speaking to her. The conditions of the hotel are ran down. The food is decent. The deposit that has been held is taking a long time to return to my credit card, I will not be returning at all. The only good thing was the night crew who had great customer service

When we got there the guy told us breakfast was till 10 am then in the morning we went downstairs at 9 15 was over… The area had great food around though 25 hour taco place The front desk are very friendly and helpful I would stay there again was just that one error …

Night check in guy was great. All downhill from there. Tv shut on and off at random. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Toilet handle was dangling off the toilet and had to be reattached every time to flush. Room dirty. No hot water calls to front in morning kept saying there’s hot water rather than addressing the obvious. Wouldn’t stay again at any price point.

Well here I am again at the La Quinta Rancho Cordova. Yes tried some place else and they did not match up to the La Quinta for the price. Checked in early yea, Got a room that was almost a mini suite, yea again. Bed was just right. The bathroom was spotless with nice fluffy towels. TV worked but channels not that great, oh well. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, with eggs, sausage , waffles and the rest. Only thing that needs work is better WIFI, , they said that they are working on it good. Well I stay here again I hope so

I had reservations for the night of the 30th I got there a day early and asked for the previous night the guy said no problem I had already paid for the night through Expedia for the 30th. I paid for the 29th with my bank card. I had to work and got a call from my girl friend we were being kicked out of our room. I called the front desk told them I had a reservation they told me it was for the 29i told them that was wrong and wouldn’t listen to nothing I had to say. I told the lady working that I was coming down there and she told me I would be removed from the property if I did so tried to get a refund from Expedia and they did nothing told la Quinta they owed me a refund and have received anything from la Quinta. Find somewhere else to stay

La Quinta should be ashamed of this property.
This place was disgusting. See attached pictures they speak for themselves. The first room we checked into smelled so bad it was like a slap in the face. I don’t know how to describe it. Maybe like a men’s locker room but it seemed like they tried to cover the smell with a fragrant spray or something. We were in that room for less than 1 minute before requesting a new room. We switched rooms and the staff was very accommodating about it. The new room (529) had no hot water or water pressure. Read the other reviews. Everyone had similar experiences .The bath tub had less flow than a normal sink on the hot side. I would guess about a 1/2 gallon per minute. The shower was the same. Everyone in my family got cold showers at different times of the day. The noise in the room was so loud it was like the window was open. We were facing the highway and it sounded like motorists were going to drive into the room. No one got any sleep and we had a box fan going next our bed for white noise and it still wasn’t enough to drown out the highway. The window was covered in condensation on the inside of the room in the morning because it wont seal closed. I am a contractor I know these things. See picture. The decibel reading with the window closed was almost the same as with it open. The beds were like sleeping in potholes. The lack of maintenance in this bldg is unbelievable. Would not recommend. I have no idea why there rating is so high. The toilet was elongated with a standard seat.

The matress liner had pee on it. When I entered the room I could smell it. We had a lot of luggage sp it would be hectic to move everything to a next room. I ended up pulling off the sheets and noticed that the matress liner has pee all over it. I called for new sheets where they were under staffed in the night (that's not fair to the staff) no one was able to take the change of sheets and blankets to our room, the staff at the time didn't handle it well, but I tried to work with him knowing there wasn't anyone else. I had to make the trip down to get them myself. The staff the next day was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.
