At first we had the suite and loved it for a budget hotel. The staff was very good. It seemed they had a bit to deal with at times. We had a little mix up with our reservation and the manager was very professional, friendly and fixed the issue immediately.

A decent place to stay

It was clean and comfortable but very noisy. We were close to where the check in desk was so there was a lot of noise. Also the noise of cars pulling in or leaving the parking lot. The noise finally slowed down after 10pm. The breakfast was good though.

Property is kind of rundown. Asked staff for towels, it never happened. Not sure but there maybe long term residence at this location. This location not up to Best Western standards.

Do not stay on this property - there are pimps, drugs, filth, bugs in the rooms, poor TV reception, poor breakfast bar. Expedia will not reimburse you if you check out and go to a different hotel. Definately do not bring children to this property the doors to the rooms have big gaps so everything outside is felt, smelt and heard. There are multiple trains blowing their horns all night long. The furniture in the rooms are not aligned so there are sharp edges and unsafe.

Wasn’t clean. Smells of Dogs and cat’s pee in the elevator. Bathroom title was broken and rocking when steps on. Heater and ac lacking water. Bed sheets have stains. Bed was hard.

Employees at check in were very nice and friendly. Better than average continental breakfast provided in the mornings including eggs, sausage, waffle station, juice, coffees, cereal station and more with a fair amount of seating. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. My biggest complaint were the thin walls, you can hear everything. I believe the neighbors next to me in Room 211 may be living in there... very loud and inconsiderate people that played loud music and every other word was a swear word. Luckily it didnt go late into the evening or there would have been issues. Lots of fast food restaurants and an Early Toast breakfast restaurant all within walking distance. Easy freeway access and overall quiet outside. I did see police patrolling the area one evening, but thats Rocklin (small city). Good to see them doing their job. Overall id give this location 3-3.5 stars and the price was right.
