Everything was, and always is great. One note is that it seems like every opportunity is made by you to make some sort of sale or sign you up for the Perks program. it bordered on pushy and annoying. Your Marketing team needs to mellow out - don't try to be the next 6 Flags please!

We loved the atmosphere of the Lodge. The kids were disappointed that the new water park wasn't ready but they were looking forward to the rock climbing and rope course. I fortunately, the day we were there it was closed down. They were super disappointed.

I was disappointed that new addition water park wasn't open yet but was assured still had other pools, climbing wall, ropes course and arcade. However when took my kids to do the rope course it was closed for the entire day and I until 4 the next day which meant my kids weren't going to get to do it. They were a very upset and really put damper on our trip there.

Overall it was good, our only complaints would be: extremely noisy in the hallway at night. People talk loudly and yell at all times of the night. Not sure what to be done about that. Also it was very hard to regulate the heat in our room. We woke up hot more than once.

One of the best trips we’ve taken this year. My maternal family is from Germany and we were very impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the premises. The staff were wonderful and it was like stepping back in time. Down side is we were three older women ( I have mobility issues) our rooms were are the far end of the hotel and there was no parking in the back which would have been closer to our room I had to park over near the covered bridge and walk through at night and the walk was poorly lit.

The property is under construction and the new waterpark was supposed to be ready, but our experience was still very positive. The best part of our stay was the staff: we had a few minor issues during our stay (not problems with the Bavarian Inn) and every staff member was enthusiastically helpful. It was a great stay and I am sure we will be back.

Very disappointed in the sleeping accommodations. The beds were horrible and the sheets barely came up to the pillow, forget the blanket, which ended far below my shoulders. It was impossible to adjust the sheets and blanket, and was completely uncomfortable to sleep in. The noise levels of the other guests were ridiculous, children screaming and running up and down the halls at all hours of the morning and night, and could clearly hear what was going on in the room next to us...
