Holiday Visit
Excellent stay service was friendly, professional, and prompt everywhere. Hot tub and pool were great. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, plentiful and hot. Evening kickback hour was more than expecting with three drinks each plus a large varied food selection, awesome!

This is a great little hotel with that nostalgic feel She is not modern but very well kept and clean Staff are so friendly and nice Happy hour is so cute a drink in the house and a snack Breakfast hot and fresh

We had trouble making it here and were forced to come due to your absence of a manager on duty. My daughter has a rare syndrome and it causes her to go through episodes of anxiety, rage, OCD and it makes it difficult to function. Yesterday before my daughter came home from grandmas, I made the reservation thinking everything was fine, then when she returned home, I noticed what I needed to do. I tried to cancel but no one wanted to help me. We drove hours to get here last night LATE in the evening just so I didn’t feel like I completely threw away a generous donation from the lions club to our family since I’ve been out of work since August. They donated the money to do something and it’s ruined. Awful time, she could not help it, but had you allowed me to cancel and not pay the money still due to this extenuating circumstance, then we wouldn’t have had to go through all this stress and anguish. I’m angry at the Drury Inn and upset that I feel I have to tell you about my daughter’s disability to make you see that this isn’t some negligent consumer behavior and that I deserve an exception. Thanks
