Great choice
We WILL be stay here again in a few weeks. I highly recommend this place. Great location, the employees were so friendly and helpful. We were happy how clean our room was. The breakfast was amazing.

The room is pretty clean for the most part. A few hairs here and there, but they are all the same, so probably from the maid. The bed is probably older than me and one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. Definitely needs to be replaced. The bathroom is clean but needs updated. We have a motel style sink, no vanity. Doesn’t look like any of the pictures online at all. There’s also a bad patch job in the ceiling in the bathroom and a crack in the ceiling in the living area. The tissue dispenser on the wall is rusty. The bathroom door doesn’t stay open, needs to be propped with something heavy. No fan in bathroom, so showers get steamy and make the room humid. Dated wallpaper in whole room. Loose lampshades on lights. Sketchy flickering/buzzing lights.

The property was great and so was the staff! We really enjoyed our stay and would return. The only improvements I recommend is providing toiletries. I forgot my lotion and none was available.

I love the place it’s just in the business center area and you can walk in the nearby stores and restaurants. I also like the food both breakfast and dinner. The room is huge very clean and very comfortable. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful at same time so I highly recommend this place.

Nice trip to Frankenmuth
The employees were awesome, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but like every hotel I stay at I wish there was a ceiling fan to circulate air. Just personal preference, nothing on the hotel. The night we came tacos were being served and we were given coupons for 2 drinks, very unexpected and nice touch. The breakfast bar was well stocked with plenty of choices and over all looked very clean, like the employees really care about doing their job well. AND THEY DO.

Loved that it included a surprisingly delicious breakfast. Dinner with 2 or 3 alcohol beverages included. Man oh man were the staff friendly and super accommodating! Loved this place and staff.

Staff very friendly and helpful! Basically the whole downtown are is walkable from this hotel. Happy hour drinks and food in the evening and breakfast buffet in the morning!!

Hotel was great. Staff was great. Only negative was a guest was walking barefooted where food was served. There was no sign about not wearing shoes but it was gross to see while eating. Should be common sense for most people. Maybe a sign should posted.
