OmGosh, easy check in They had snacks and dinner, lots of choices. Each guest received 3 free drinks, from 530 to 7pm. Cannot wait for breakfast. Plus the lady was fantastic that was helping everyone.

Pleasantly surprised

The front desk staff was very informative and friendly. Our room was clean, just wasn’t impressed with the brown carpets (that’s a me thing, I prefer the newer tile as it doesn’t hold dirt). The bed was comfortable enough, not lumpy (just not as cozy as I expected). All in all I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. We would stay here again

Great Stay

We were celebrating my twin girls 21st birthday. It was an excellent place to stay. Staff was extremely friendly room was clean. Everything was wonderful.

It is a bit on the older side - it was clean but really could use some updates. (USBs for phones) Staff was nice and accommodating. Had a nice reception spot with some apps and drinks and a basic breakfast spread. Went for New Years Eve - not much happening in Frankenmuth at that time unless in one of the bigger hotels. Didn’t check out pool area but heard kids in it. Prob wouldn’t come back at that time.

only problem we had was with Hotels.com where we couldn't get the code from our gift card, so had to pay the regular price. And the pool/whirlpool was too crowded to get a chance to use it.
