It was ok they good staff, Justin was a nice kid but lacked customer service, didn’t have the room I wanted, never called me had to settle for double queen room vrs king room, beds were comfy, rooms real clean, kid gave me a discount after kind of pushing the issue of not having what I paid for, probably won’t stay again, bfast was ok and the stay was ok at best, will find another hotel to stay at if I go back!

My husband and I stayed through the New Year. Great hotel, friendly service, cocktail hour was nice, only complaint is that is was a little noisy and the parking is very tight.

I loved the balcony view of the river Fantastic There was no pool or hot tub. Nobody answered the doorbell on the ground floor. Must have the room card key to open the door in the basement

We loved everything about the hotel. Expedia, however, messed up our reservation. We spent four hours on the phone with Expedia personnel, who admitted the problem occurred on their site, did nothing to resolve it and hung up on us. The staff, especially Tressa, at the Marv Herzog Hotel went above and beyond in finding us accommodations on very short notice. We hope to stay at this hotel again in the future. However, we will not be using Expedia to book future travels.

You'll keep coming back!
We stay here at least twice a year and love it! Staff is very friendly and accommodating, space is clean. Happy hour snacks and drinks are a plus and the breakfast has a great selection. The river view from our room was lovely.

We loved our stay at the Marv Herzog Hotel. It’s a smaller hotel full of interesting history for its namesake, that’s perfect for couples. I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast each morning and happy hour each evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and full of many “must see” suggestions. We will definitely be back. I recommend river view if going in the spring, summer or fall. But a city view if going in the winter. The Christmas lights are beautiful!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We absolutely love it! And wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Hands down one of our favorite hotels. The location is quiet, but you can still walk everywhere you need to go. The 24 hour coffee is a total plus! It’s so cozy & inviting. We will continue to stay here every year on our Christmas trip!

Great location. Easy walk to everything in the main tourist area. Restaurants, shopping. Clean, nice staff. Underground Parking is a little tight . If you have a big truck, could be a tight squeeze

Great Location! Loved the Marv Herzog history in each room. Great staff who are friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable lobby. Comfortable beds. Rooms a little dated but it’s part of the charm. Easily walkable to most sights you would want in Frankenmuth.
