Breakfast options were not very good. No spoons for cereal, food was always running out. The breakfast attendant was doing the best that she could do under the circumstances. Front staff was nice. Check in and checkout was easy. Rooms were clean. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

Booked a suite with a jetted tub on the app. When we arrived we were in a room with no jetted tub but a deluxe king bed. Paid to upgrade to a jetted tub and now it seems my card has been charged full price for the room. Even though i pre'paid on Hotels.com. Room key stopped working after 10 am but should have worked until 11.

Was unsure about the neighborhood but turned out ok. Curtain covering small window into interior hall was hanging off so light shined in all night. That should be an easy fix and noticed ahead of time by housekeeper. Breakfast did not look very good so did not eat there. It seemed vey basic. Sausage was all dry and shriveled up. Front desk was very nice.

The Ramada was very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Our room was huge, and very quiet. We never heard any kids running in the halls, no doors slamming, no people congregating in the halls! Our only complaint was the breakfast. It really sucked. We will definitely stay here again.
