Positive experience overall. Attractive modern chalet esthetic with minimalist design features. Our family of four were comfortable in the two Queen bed room. All white bedding and comfortable mattresses. Safe and refrigerator provided but no microwave. Large refillable bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. Be careful when dispensing the gel and conditioner as the shower floor easily becomes very slippery. The lowest setting on the room thermostat was only 73 degrees Fahrenheit which was not cool enough for me but my husband was very happy. Starbucks and restaurant available on main level. Parking was included with our stay. Quebec City is a 30 minute drive away. Parking lots or street parking cost a little under $20 CAD per day, payable only by card or Apple Pay. This hotel employs sustainable practices therefore pool towels are provided in your hotel room and asked to be re-used. My room did not include robes for traveling to and from pool areas. Although I did see some guests with robes. My children enjoyed the game room area although the billiard and ping pong tables are in need of updates and maintenance due to overuse. Staff were all very polite and provided support when needed. I chose this hotel because I wanted to be surrounded by nature, but perhaps will choose a hotel closer to the city next time because restaurant options are better in Quebec City in my opinion.
