Simple humble hotel with friendly staff
I needed a last minute booking and managed to find this hotel. Since I got it last minute I am not going to fuss over the size of the room for 3 of us. Instead I have only good things to say about the hotel, and in particular the hotel staff. Tyre front desk manager Suzuki, I believe was the only staff who could speak English. She was especially helpful in helping us find our way around Ageo. We got.a room for 2 and enjoyed a cosy stay. Most of the pictures I see here are genuine and show the very same room we got!

A Nice, Simple Stay
I stayed here during a quick weekend in Tokyo. Nothing fancy - just a great, quiet, clean place to stay. The front desk staff was always available and willing to help. The hotel is very close to the Saitama Super Arena with quick access to the subway (walking distance). No complaints.

Great hotel but noisy because of train
Hotel was standard for Japan business hotels. Super clean but small. The only issue its right in front of the train tracks. Maybe 20 yards away. And trains go by often. Like really often. Couldnt sleep.

少しだけ歩いたら安らぎのホテル
駅からほんの少し離れたところにあります。新しいホテルなので入口を通過するときから期待できますよ。駅近くに食事できるところも多いので、素泊まりの方も多いのでは？フロントに有名なアスリート姉妹の色紙がありました。さいたまスーパーアリーナで試合のあと、泊まったのでしょうか？親近感がわきました。
