Great service but room could be more functional
The service at this hotel is fantastic...everyone was so helpful and polite! That's the best thing about it. Our room lacked basic amenities though: For example, there were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang wet towels, no pillows on the couch, no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed, only one rack to hold luggage in a two-suite room. The breakfast is a notch below Hampton Inn, with dry scrambled eggs and pretty basic offerings.

I stayed 4 nights. at 12:15 in the morning until 4 am there was banging and what sounded like doors closing loudly bumping just a lot of noise underneath my room sounded like a what aI would equate with a laundry facility or construction storage areas…. Made it so hard to get a restful sleep. Would recommend rescheduling when work is being done to adjust fir customer sleep

We always stay at this hotel on our way to California. The hotel conveniently located off the I5, but is still relatively quiet. The room, spa room and buffet are always clean and well mantained. The cedar pool room, hot tub and sauna are always welcome after a long drive. They offer a complimentary 24hr beverage cart with coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. as well as a great breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits. The staff are friendly and always on site, and Pirate Pizza down the street is a highlight for the kids.
