Clean hotel with terrible front desk
It is an iconic hotel with good views of the city. Hotel is located in the middle of the Las Vegas strip and excellent location to roam around. On arrival at the reception desk there was a big queue for check-in/out and few for self check-in desks. I am surprised that there is no one at the lobby to direct the people to answer unsure customers. I chose to stand in the queue to check-in in person, after standing for 30 mins, I gave up and went for self check-in without clue about how to get car park pass. There is no notice regarding this. The reception desk was taking nearly 10-15 mins with each guest and they are casually talking long without considering the long queues. It is rather disappointing considering the two busy they get. Once self checked-in, I had to wait another 20 mins to get my car park pass. After that you have to go up through smoke filled casino to guest elevators. The room was good size and sheets were clean and crisp. Room had good views as well. Apart from the terrible front desk experience, other aspects of the hotel are good. It has shops on the other floors selling expensive normal stuff. There is good food choice around the hotel.

A very nice resort and a good size. Not overly big so you get drink service more frequently when playing slots. I was on the 12th floor and not that close to the elevator but there was always a sound , like someone rolling something across pavement. It would happen several times over a 5 minute span. I can only assume it was some mechanical room on the floor above us. Also had a problem with the WiFi . Anytime I tried to connect it said I had the maximum number of devices connected when I had not connected any devices. I called the tech support line the first day and they were able to add my devices manually by Mac address, but the next day the problem still existed, so I just went without WiFi the remainder of the trip. Otherwise hotel was great

Check in was an absolute nightmare! There was not enough staff for the line that had formed. The entire hotel reeked of smoke. My partner, myself and our friends all came home sick due to this. However, the staff was professional and courteous. They were eager to help. Valet parking was quick and easy. And the location is great for the different things we were doing around Las Vegas. If you have allergies - this is not the place for you.

Horrible check in process, and the property has a sewage problem, many areas smell including the rooms and mall area. Other than that it was an okay experience, I wouldn’t stay here again with how many other options there are on the strip.

Did not honor our booked room reservation
We booked a king size bed and received 2 beds instead. Our reservation was not honored to our request. Was offered a king size but suite for $100.00 dollars more a night. Should have a least gotten a discount for our troubles. I booked 3 rooms. Had my Vietnam veteran brother in law and he r asked for military discount. Front desk told him he was already getting discount and couldn’t get another

Room needs maintenance; toilet intermittently didn't stop running, phone was broken where it wouldn't connect to front desk/house keeping, tub looked dirty, drawers were broken and a struggle to open/close.... room was a nice size and fine otherwise. Thermostat also seemed broken as it was very cold despite turning up beyond where we should have had to.

Toilet in the room kept water running. Some alarm went off on our floor for a significant duration of time. Charged a bunch of resort fee’s which should have been heavily discounted because we didn’t have access to the pool which closed. Got charged for a movie that we didn’t even watch or order. They removed the charge but it was one many hidden fee’s.
