Traffic made this a little too far from Boston, but it was close enough to Salem and a great hotel. The waterpark was fun! Didn't like that there was no pool besides the waterpark though

The phone didn’t work, I reported it and once someone came up to check they said they would return and didn’t. Also the shower pipe made a huge sound when showering that had my grandson frightened. I reported this as well. Overall the stay was great including water park

Not staying at this again.
Very handicap unfriendly. The handicap parking is very far from the entrance. Once in the hotel I had to climb stairs, then walk 40 yards to the room. The front desk did not provide any assistance or concern about the situation. I have a severe back condition that makes walking painful, coupled with COPD. Overall my vacation was made unpleasant by the situation.
