Check in woman was NO HELP! Felt harassed by MY house keep staff member. Many (not all) staff were dismissive and that's if they bothered to acknowledge your presense. The breakfast staff were good.

Stayed here twice now Good size carpark and it's free if you put the registration number at reception. They kept telling me the code to enter but I couldn't understand stand what they were saying as I'm quite hard of hearing. Lift to all floors Room was a good size spacious as was the bathroom. Bed super comfy WiFi excellent Shower ok not overly powerful Went down for evening meal was told to sit anywhere so sat at a table and waited and waited was looked at by the waitress but still waited saw her talking to another staff member after 10 minutes I walked out then asked was everything ok !! A menu and service would have been nice !!! Pub nearby!! Breakfast not included but could add if wanted Location next to media city and the waterways, Manchester United a short walk away. Would stay again as a good hotel but probably eat elsewhere!

Paid extra for a club room (around £200 for a night) and was shocked at how small, scruffy and dated it was. The fabric on the chair was decaying and it didn’t look like it had been refurbed since the 90s. Arrived to find no space in the car park, and when checking in was told breakfast wasn’t included. I queried as that was part of my booking conditions and it was quickly added. Chaos in the reception and surrounding areas because of an event, and drunken people shouting and playing music all through the night. Would have done better staying in the Premier Inn. Would not recommend.

Great comfortable stay - easy check in, good room, on site parking a real bonus and allowed me to stay parked for rest of afternoon after check out, which really helped. Thank you - would stay again.
