The rooms are very small , tiny toilet. The mattress is hard . When we arrived the bed wasn’t even made only bed sheet left on the bed . Breakfast was not bad but could add beans as everything was dry food . Staff were ok . Had to pay packing with extra even though I was told the fee was £10 via email

Cheap and cheerful accommodation after attending a gig at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. Easy walk over to Salford Quays for food and drink. Only issue was finding the parking as sat nav takes you to a dead end but easy enough to double back and get where you need to be. Will definitely use this hotel again, great value for money.

Disappointing
Paid £120 in january and annoyingly price went down to £70 but i'd already paid. Hotel super basic and rooms are way smaller than you think from the photos. Beds were super hard, and hadnt realised the toilet is basicall in a cupboard which is super tight. Breakfast was very limited. We wouldnt return.

Went away with my 6 year old son for a couple a days and can not knock this hotel. Great location (tram stop 2 min walk away). Clean and decent hotel rooms comfy beds but mainly they have AMAZING staff, each 1 we delt with were helpful n friendly. My son has already asked when can we go back. Thank u all so much. I can 1 million percent recommend this place.

Exceptionally friendly - good value stay
Efficient fairly standard French style budget hotel. Very well connected (Metro across the road). Really friendly and helpful staff made this stay a special one. Generous buffet breakfast.

This is the 3rd time my family and I had visited the Ibis, unfortunately this was the worst occasion. We'd travelled over 100 miles, so we were knackered and the hotel was the centrepiece of our trip. Reception were very non plus, not people persons. The room was relatively clean, but was missing some bedware. I had to go down 3 floors to retrieve some. The hotel WiFi wasn't working for the first day and a half, which was a pain, especially as my phone struggled with my own Mobile Data. Reception were very non plus, token apologies. I could have sworn that when we went last year you had some soap, cups and maybe a kettle, but this year they've locked it all off presumably cost cutting, and it shows. Parking is £12 for 24hrs, when we first came it was £10. We stayed for 2 days so it adds £24 to expenses. There were a couple of mad noisy guests, but I didn't report it as I didn't have confidence the hotel would do much, could've changed rooms but didn't want hassle, especially with your family in tow. Location is very good, 15 minute walk to Media City. 15 minute to Manchester Centre via tram. Old Trafford 15 min walk. Etihad 45/55 mins away. Lots of shops close by but a car is essential for that, unless you don't mind walking on v busy main roads. The stay started off bad, but got better. You can feel the cost cutting which isn't nice, and some of the reception staff could do with extra training. The customer is (nearly always) right!..

Great place, a great budget hotel, you get what you pay and we thoroughly enjoy our stay, the only thing to report are: 1. Toilet roll is not full roll 2. The top bed are not ready, we need to make our own bed but the sheets are there
