Property parking lot was within a gated area which reassured our safety. Assessable to stores was a convenience. Staffing (Alex) when asked made sure we had what was needed. Checkin and Out was simple. I will Continue to stay here when traveling in this area. I appreciate the service..Cannot comment on the breakfast for both days we chose to go to Dennys which was nearby. Room was clean.

Salisbury University Parents Weekend
Check-in was simple and easy. Room was clean and had nice towels. Secure parking and really good breakfast. Would like bigger pillows. Was about 10-15 minute drive to the school depending on traffic.

We stayed one night while taking a college tour at Salisbury University. It was about a 5-8 min drive and very convenient to get to. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The room does echo and the AC/heat unit was making noise all night even when it was off. Also you can hear every time your neighbors open and close their doors and the walls were very thin.

Ashley the front desk attendant was excellent. Breakfast was great too. The walls and ceiling in the rooms are way too thin I could hear everything going on outside my room above and to the sides and outside. Made it very hard to sleep and then was waken up several times out of my sleep b/c of noise. The hotel was convenient. The staff was all very nice and talkative made me feel welcome.

Breakfast was the best part of our stay! Loved that our room was clean, functional and as described when booking. Going to breakfast before checking out really made our day and it’s all thanks to the breakfast attendant who made sure everyone was having a great morning and got what they were looking for with their meal. This hotel looked nothing like the photos online. There was a security gate to get into the parking area which I have never seen at a hotel before. Also, this was a motel that was converted into a Best Western. There was nothing in the online description that indicated it was a motel. The room smelled musty, room was very rundown, and the AC unit made a lot of noise. The doors didn’t close easily making it very loud when someone would come and go from their room. The beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. I’m truly disappointed in this stay, especially considering how much I paid for this room. Absolute rip off!
