This is a huge and beautiful property. We did not have many veg options and had to eat pizza twice in a row. The property is great to have spent 3 nights as there is lots to do for everyone.

The food is probably the most important part of any trip and honestly it was subpar. Resort is run down and needs a revamp. Also every time you pay for something it is very over the top expensive. The service however was really good. Staff is very friendly.

Elevator didn’t work. Had to take the stairs to the 12th floor 3 days of or 5 day stay. Property is beautiful. The room is mediocre for the price. The food was mediocre as well for the price. All inclusive for us from here on out.

The property is beautiful. The fish tanks are so cool. The water slides are super fun! Unfortunately 2 of them were closed for our 5 day visit. The staff were mostly a little rude, when i asked about my shuttle she was suddently on 2 phone calls, then handed one to me with no explanation. Our toilet backed up and we were told it would be fixed within an hour. 2 hours later it wasn't fixed and we had to call back and wait another 40min. They didnt offer to wipe up the floor and told us house keeping wasnt on staff anymore so we would have to use our towels (this was at 6:30pm ish but we reported it a little after 3:30pm). There weren't many activities included and the ones there were were hard to find. All the restaurants on the resort are wildly expensive for the food quality. The elevator doors struggle to open. The house keeping seemed annoyed when we didnt want the room cleaned after the first day, then told us she was coming to our room next when we went to change the next day (she was clearly not done the room before ours so I'm not sure why she was rushing us). On our last day house keeping knocked on our door before 10am and was like "oh you are still here?" I told her checkout was at 11am and she asked "are you staying until then". Like why woudnt we be? The bathroom doors wouldnt latch closed and they wouldnt replace our bath mat or give us a second bar of soap when asked to make up the room. Guess you have to request it special.

Atlantis as usual is a great place for families , the Royal Towers can use a little bit of uplifting , seems a bit dated but I am sure that’s something they will have coming. Had a great time as always

This is an amazing place, lots of things to do and beautiful beaches. We really loved our time at the Atlantis. Its worth being prepared that food (not even breakfast) and many activities are not included, and they are expensive. So be prepared to spend lots of money while you are there. But it's really worth going.

Amazing amenities for the entire family. Property is very walkable it just takes about a day to get used to where things are. Shuttles to each of the other towers were very convenient. Food options were decent just a bit pricey, but that was to be expected. Swimming/water park options a non existent for children under the age of 4. All the water park rides are for riders 48” and taller. Anyone shorter can go to the kids splash tower. Wished they would have had more of a baby pool for my daughter. My son had a great time in the kids splash area. Beach access is great although the waves were very strong so swimming was not really an option. Property has multiple Aquariums and sea life pools that the kids really enjoyed. Had a great time. Will come again once my kids are old enough to enjoy the water park fully
