Loud noise. They pressure wash outside at night - we paid for a balcony with an ocean view just to listen to a loud motor running instead of the ocean waves. . Our complaints fell on deaf ears. The front desk told us that the pressure washing could last as long as 10 or 11 pm - Not acceptable.

First visit to bahamas. We used majestic tours to get to and from airport. Wonderful drivers. The staff at the reef were very attentive to our needs. Felt very safe and clean environment. It was absolutely beautiful. The shuttle was fantastic to go back and forth between the hotels. The whole trip was amazing. Thank you

We stayed at The Reef. It was very clean and nice place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider going back and staying at the same place. The only complaint I have is that the food was super expensive at the resort. I wish if they had all inclusive options when I booked. Other than that, it was worth a trip!

The resort was beautiful and there is so much to do for couples and families. If you are wanting to eat at the nicer restaurants, make sure to make reservations in advance. Some of the workers are not the friendliest so it is a breath of fresh air when you come across people that are

Be aware of what you are booking and where.

The room I booked showed a balcony overlooking the water from a high floor. The hotel does not have balconies over the 3rd floor. It was a large display of scamming someone. I did not have my room cleaned for two days. I spent $40,000 with Hotels.com on this trip. I will never use this company to book again and not stay at the Reef again.

Overall great facilities and lots of things for kids to engage in! Service could be a little better in terms of reliability and responsiveness. Lots of restaurants to choose from but must book 2 weeks in advance to get options.

I think the room descriptions were a little confusing. It was made to seem like there was going to be a washer and dryer in our 2 bedroom suite. There was also a lack of drawers for putting clothes away. Seems like some of the furniture was converted from other things and didn’t quite make the space as functional as it could have been. The staff was either extremely friendly or fairly disgruntled. Overall happy with our stay and family had a great time.
