Inconvenience that two people had to work on one family checking in, I wasn’t even acknowledged I was standing there for awhile to be checked in. I asked to extend my stay but they weren’t able to do that at the front desk, gave me a website to do it but couldn’t guarantee my same room so I didn’t have to move rooms (that is why I did Not extend my stay), friendliest person was the valet guy who always had a smile on his face. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were nice - make sure you ask for extra towels all the towels are very thin and small! Security was a little much - having full hands with luggage having a key card and pushing a button at the same time in the elevator was annoying.

This hotel was very nice in a great location. They were able to provide a crib for my baby. Room was clean, continental breakfast was good. Easy valet parking situation.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic hotel with lots on offer in a great location for Santa Monica pier and Venice beach. Lots of shopping and things to see we also drove the 25 mins to West Hollywood for Halloween and this was straightforward. The Hotel has spacious modern rooms with everything you need. Only thing that would have improved this is a bedside table on both sides of each bed. The shower was also a bit tricky to master Lovely 24hr hour reception with coffee and hot water. My mum was especially pleased as they had english tea and decaff tea which made her right at home. The breakfast was brilliant with a big range of items including fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and hot items of waffles, eggs etc.

Staff were excellent, great location for Santa Monica and the room was vast and balcony lovely to have. 24 hour coffee a nice touch and gym/pool/hot tub nice to have access to.

I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping places new linen on the bed when they turn the rooms. I was told that they do. After housekeeping came by, I realized that the same stain that was on the sheets upon checking in was still there. Watermarks remained on the night stands. Disappointing. Nobody wants to be lied to. You’re primarily paying for location here.
