Parking late at night is minimal, at least it was this weekend. The sliding door in front, you had to manually pry open or leave open. In the morning, people just left open making the whole public areas, frigid.

We booked a suite for two nights. Room was ok, but garbage under nightstand. Poorly plastered wall/ ceiling damage. There was no heat. We asked 3 times. We were given conflicting information, but the theme was always it isn’t turned on. The weather was nice, but high of 60 isn and lows near 32. Our room never got warm. Max of 65. Finally gave us a space heater on second afternoon which was helpful. Breakfast was fairly good.

The hotel needs some upgrades and attention. The carpet in our room had very noticeable stains. The bathtub was peeling - looked like paint was peeling off the bottom. Breakfast was good.

This hotel needs some pretty substantial work. It is old and run down feeling. I have stayed at some substandard places and this is close to highest on that list. The bathroom was somewhat falling apart, nothing felt truly clean (the bed did not feel dirty, I'll give it that), the shower didn't work great. The whole place did not smell very good. Loud guests that you could hear slightly through the walls. It's just at the line of acceptable. I stayed my three nights but I wasn't really happy about it. There are hotels of slightly better quality for the same price or even cheaper all within walking distance.

The internet didn’t work and staff wouldn’t assist. There was no bottled water even though there was plenty of soda pop for purchase. I wouldn’t stay there again since I was there on business and I do need internet.

Decent stay but needs some love
Super nice and helpful staff and great location to easily get in and out of city. Rooms need some repairs and updates. Beds were ok. Worked well for a few days with the family.
