The staff made the stay for my family comfortable due to me being in the hospital. We have stayed here several times over lea last few months and have been very happy... thanks to all the staff. I did leave something there on one of my stays and whas not turned in... my fault for leaving it. Thanks anyway

Outdated, tiny rooms
The room was extremely small, we could barely walk around without bumping Into furniture. Bathroom was not clean, bathtub had hair in it. Air conditioner was barely working. Very outdated and not worth the price at all!

At first it looks like a nice place. Once you are there for a little bit you start noticing how dirty it really is. Hair in the beds, dirty floors. Would not stay here again

The room we stayed in was in great need of updating. Cracks in the paint and the rug is threadbare. Also the plumbing needs to be updated. Everytime we turned on the raiser brown water came out. It was gross. The bathroom was gross and needs updating. The whole hotel needs new carpet and paint. Also the pull out couch bed was so uncomfortable. You felt the wires in the mattress just by placing you hand on it. Will never stay here again

No smoking allowed but incense is ok?
When I checked in it smelled got to room and while all signs said no smoking it seemed like there were using some king of powdery smelling substances to cover the Oder. On second day the cleaned the room and took towels on the floor but forgot to replace. On time the room smells fresh. Upon checking out on Monday discovered the source of my breathing problems. While it says no smoking of any kind anywhere. The manager felt burning incense at the front desk was normal and the cloud of incense smoke billowing up to the 2nd floor as there was a overlook and stairs leading up to that floor where my room was and that hall to my room was so strong and smoky. When I asked about he was like “people like it”. Well people like smoking and smoking pot but you don’t allow that any where on the property how is this incense smoke any different?

My stay with Comfort Inn was very comfortable and affordable. The breakfast was always up to par and clean. The maid services where extremely accommodating and made you feel good after they cleaned your room.

The only thing that was wrong with this place is the card reader on my door malfunctioned and I had to be let in to my room with the manual key instead of the key card.
