Bed bugs
The room was okay, I’ve stayed at many hotels for the same price and this by far was the worst. The bed was comfortable, minus the bed bugs. I got a few bites, luckily I was only there a few hours and not the entire night. When I got up I found the bed bug crawling in the sheets. If your looking for a cheaper hotel, I suggest anything else than this place. Asked for a refund when I got my deposit back, they refused to give me one.

The room was very dirty the walls were super thin you could hear people talking in other rooms. Our room had a dirty towel and it was hot so we used the air conditioner and the air coming out of it stunk so bad we had to turn it off. It was pretty crazy.

this property was ok there was an older man that checked me in didnt ask any questions. but later kept the $100.00 deposit because we had cats in our room. guess he didn't ask anyone about pets and got in trouble. but the place was run down had the police and fire trucks there a few times which tells you its not real safe.

The room was disgusting. Another customer also just checking in, was disgusting. Bed bugs, hair in tub, no toilet paper. Front desk clerk was very rude and called me a liar until he went and checked for his self.

Inside the lobby and room was great and clean, unfortunately the parking lot and exterior looks rough and I would like to see a cleaner and safer looking parking lot! Other than that we loved it and will stay again!

No hot water, other guest(residents guest) had no concern for others were extremely loud yelling in the hallways and their rooms. The no hot water was just a nice addition to a miserable stay

Over priced and sketchy business practices. There is a required deposit of $60 upon check in, even after paying for the room. This is not a hold. Many people have had difficulty getting the deposit returned. There is a small sign on the front desk that may imply that you must be physically present upon checkout to get the deposit refunded. THE ROOMS ARE NOT AS PICTURED. They are barren, with the little furnishings they have in extremely poor repair. No chairs of any type, no lamps on the walls or on the night stands, HEAVY scent in the rooms, inadequate bed covers, hard pillows, no room phone, no pictures on the walls, and no screens on the exterior windows. Room key will not let you access your hallway door to come back in from the dog-walk area. You must go out of your way to return to your room. Rooms doors that open directly to the outside are subject to people knocking on your door all night.
