We rarely interacted with staff. It wasn’t personal and the room itself, the vent cover was bent and half out of the wall, there wasn’t extra pillows or blankets in the room.

There were some frustrating fees tacked on to the final cost which were unexpected. While the staff were friendly, there wasn’t much desire to really change that aspect of our experience. The parking was a nightmare, and charging for this felt completely not worthwhile. The room was clean but some amenities seemed out of date.
