The people and facility were both good. My room was on the side with the freeway next to it so it was a bit loud with traffic however that is not something that can be fixed by the facility so my stay was good.

The majority of the staff were excellent except for the maintenance man. He walked in without knocking and caught my husband coming out of the shower disrobed. He refused to apologize as the door was accidentally ajar due to it being in bad repair. Management did the best they could to resolve the situation. He never did apologize.

Walls were to thin. A lot of noise, I couldn’t sleep. Does not have housekeeping for a long stays. I was there 4 nights and did not have any housekeeping. I had to go to the front desks for more towels. Great breakfast, pool was nice and clean. The grandkids had a blast.

My stay was okay, my complaint was the mattress in my room, 107, looked as though the springs in the mattress were over-warn. There was a significant depression and my back hurt a lot the next morning. Considering this was a special needs room, it was disappointing that the bed was in such poor condition. Also, there was a lot of noise from the room above mine till 10pm making it difficult to relax.

The stay was OK. Our door was hard to shut. The coffee in the lobby was cold both times we went to get it cleanliness of the hotel was good The breakfast could’ve been better needed. More variety did not like the great value yogurt. The breakfast was exactly the same both mornings of my night. Stay there which I thought should’ve been changed up. but they say this time was not near as good as my last time there. Hershel T
