We are finally complete with our major remodel (since June 2022) on the condo. All new kitchen; including custom cabinets, top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances, including a double gas range, quartzite countertops, new tile flooring. The two main floor bathrooms (near the two twins bed at end of hall) and the queen en suite bathroom will also be completely remodeled! The entire condo has been freshly painted. 'The Canyon Retreat' TRUE Four bedroom, four bath Canyon Racquet condo at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon aka Cottonwood Heights City - We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons resorts are 25-31 miles away on I-80. WALK to the famous Porcupine Pub, Lift House Sports, 7-11, Alpha Coffee & cafe, Eight Settlers Distillery.
The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units in the community. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash and recycling.
COMMUNITY ADDRESS: 7430 South Wasatch Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121 (no on site office). Packages can be delivered to the front door of the condo.
The ski bus shuttle for Alta, Snowbird, Brighton & Solitude picks up just inside the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon (about 300 yards away).

Our 'retreat' is in the furthest building away from busy Wasatch Boulevard. It is very peaceful and private.

The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is just over a mile away. Olympic sized ice rink open year round, indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball (and Walleyball) courts, as well as a cardio room and weight room. The rec center offers several classes, from Spin, to Yoga and Zumba. Nominal fee. The outdoor pool is wonderful with two huge slides, three "rock" diving boards (about $4.50/person).
We do have a Tourist Home / Short Term Rental license with Cottonwood Heights (a requirement for short-term rentals in our city)
