Great stay. Excellent customer service. Our TV didn't work but the young lady at the front desk rushed upstairs and realized a previous guest might have connected a gaming system. She fixed the problem and all was well in our world. That weekend was very busy, but the staff replinished breakfast items and kept the areas clean

Room was stinky when I entered. Dated property. Very old bathroom and sink. And photos seemed bigger and thought its a legit suite experience, but I regret staying there. Very small. Its like a days inn or motel 6. Inwould never go there and stay

Really nice facility but I am not sure the sheets were changed after the last person, there was someone else hair in the bed and the pillow was visibly Dirty. Good breakfast and coffee

The rooms and the hotel was very run down. Uncomfortable beds. We did not walk to any restaurants due to the overwhelming presence of police. Did not feel safe at this location. The staff at the front desk was amazing. That is the only thing that was good about this hotel was the staff.

Hotel was in an good location to Downtown Salt Lake City amenities. Breakfast buffet was alright. However, it would be nice to have more gluten free options at breakfast. Room was a nice size but sofa/sleeper was broken and uncomfortable to sit on. We were not able to use the sofa as a sleeping place.
