The onlt hotel worth staying in Midvale
After leaving another hotel due to lack of cleanliness, privacy and customer service (The Royal Inn midvale) I came to where i shouldve gone first, Staybridge Suites. Not only was the staff welcoming and wonderful, they were able to get me a room late after the fiasco with the other hotel. The room was spotless and provided all the needs i could want. Will stay here during every trip to SLC!!

This was an average option if you need a kitchen, laundry and a bit bigger room. I did appreciate the free laundry. The property is dated, the breakfast was subpar and the staff were not welcoming. It made the experience one that would make me second guess going back. Which is unfortunate as I am in Midvale every few months.

Great stay, meh beds.
Our room was spacious, and chic. We had a kitchen and a living area separate from the bedroom. Could be a great set up for a family or 3-4 adults. Bathroom was itty bitty comparatively off the bedroom. Worked for us as a couple. It was clean all around when we arrived. Our only gripe was that the bed and pillows were not comfortable to us, very hard bed and very soft pillows. I’m sure that’s great for some folks but we slept poorly for what we are used to. Room was quiet though, and we enjoyed our stay with catnaps the next day. Breakfast was great both days we ate, especially considering there was a team of young kids there to play soccer and they kept everything stocked.

Check in isnt till 4pm and there was an issue with the refrigerator making an awful racket(not that big of deal as i was only there 1 day, just unplugged it). The issue was the repair guy trying to co.e in my room while i was in the shower. In my opinion they could have waited till i checked out and then done the repair.

This hotel met nearly all my needs. Breakfast buffet was very nice, having a few more choices than is usual for hotel buffets. It was very quiet, in part because I couldn’t get the TV turned on. It must be something with me as I had the same problem at a different hotel in the area. Printed instructions would help.
