San Marco is a 60m stroll to the white sands of Whangamata beach, carefully curated with beautiful rustic décor & furniture, sourced from the likes of Morocco, France & Mexico.

At the end of the day relax in the luxurious beds, feather/down duvets and crisp white sheets, that you would find in any world class hotel.

There is a park and playground right on the beach 3 mins walk from the property, which even includes a flying fox!

The home includes a large chef's kitchen leading out onto the balcony with a peep of the sea, outdoor lounge areas and relaxing bean bags on both levels, alfresco outdoor 3m teak dining table with large umbrella. 2 large lounges on separate levels, large study with Chesterfield leather and a mahogany presidential desk.

From the front courtyard, you can enter the beach walkway, via the internal gate or from the driveway. The large courtyard is very secure to keep your pets safe with 2m walls and three solid tall gates with combination locks for security.

Points to note
Normal 10am checkout and 2pm check-in . If the booking happens to be back-to-back with another booking, check-in would need to be 4pm, however 95% of the time we have two cleaners so 2pm is more normal.
