Os funcionários são muito simpáticos,fazem o que podem para agradar os clientes, porém o estabelecimento não tem estrutura para receber pessoas, cama desconfortável, frigobar vazio, a TV teve que ser substituída de última hora e ainda assim tive que assistir um único canal,o aspecto visual do quarto é péssimo, o armário sem condições de armazenar as roupas dos hóspedes. A experiência foi tão ruim que nem tive interesse pelo café da manhã.

Quanto aos funcionários, destaque para recepção e atendimento de Kleber, que sempre se dispõe desde o início a agradar os hóspedes , o que agradeço sua hospitalidade, como se fosse um verdadeiro anfitrião. Destacamos também simpatia de Larissa , da cozinha e limpeza do local. Quanto ao espaço do meio de hospedagem, que é bem localizado, há cerca de 500 metros da praia e parque do bairro de Pituaçu, falta uma melhoria na manutenção e renovação das instalações, pois ar condicionado muito antigo e barulhento, apesar de funcionar , bem como falta de chuveiro elétrico.
